Small postcards (4 x 6) will take the 27 cent post card stamp. Prices listed below include shipping and handling.

Large postcards (5.5 x 8.5) will take the 42 cent first class stamp. We believe the larger post card gets better response rates and, if the address is bad, the post office will return the post card to you. MAILING LISTS
Purchase a mailing list from a company that lets you re-use the names. Check out the following places for mailing lists:

Ask for restaurants in specific zip codes. Once you get the list you can import it into a database program like ACT!2004. You can buy new and never registered copies of ACT!2004 from www.amazon.com for a fraction of the cost of the latest version of ACT!

DATABASE MAINTENANCE
Import the mailing list to the ACT!2004 program and print the mailing labels from there. Track your responses here, enter conversations with the customers in the detail section. We maintained our cleaning calendar with ACT!2004. You can add database fields and customize the screen however you want. The program is not the easiest to learn, but there are self help manuals and consultants who specialize in ACT! database customization. You may find it well worth the money to invest in a consultant in your area.
